Thursday was the last soccer practice/game for the summer.
This is Karl right before he scored his first of two great goals in the game. Not long after he scored this goal, he had a great break-away play and dribbled the ball all the way down the field to score!
This year, all the kids got soccer trophies, complete with a soccer ball with bendy arms and legs. Much better than a medal, because you can play with it!
After practice we celebrated with some other families at the Pizza Pub. All the kids sat at one big table and the adults sat at another. Good idea? Hmmm, jury's still out, but everyone had fun!

Those are some cute soccer trophies and nice work on the action photos!
I think seating kids at their own table is a great idea. I'm going to try that with Nathan next time I'm at a restaurant!
